Height x width: 1 to 3 feet tall and wide
Growth habit: Upright, spreading fronds
Foliage: Light green, finely-divided fronds, 2 to sometimes 3 pinnate, narrowly- to broadly-lance shaped, up to 3 feet long. Stems are reddish, tan or brown with scatteres scales on the lower portion.
Culture: Full to partial shade and moist soil, although it tolerates drier soil than most ferns. Will tolerate full sun if the soil is kept constantly moist
Uses: Shade garden or woodland area
Propagation: Spores
